为解决两个概率语言术语集的优劣比较这一基本问题, 论文在已有可能度公式的基础上, 提出了一种改进的可能度计算公式, 并在此基础上构建了基于可能度矩阵的多属性决策方法. 数值实验表明, 论文所提可能度公式计算简单, 区分能力强, 且易于拓展应用; 所提基于可能度矩阵的概率语言多属性决策方法, 结构简单, 计算过程具有较强的自检性, 能够通过确保计算过程的正确性来保证计算结果的有效性. 最后, 论文将理论成果运用到军队院校教育教学质量评价上.
To solve the basic problem of comparing the pros and cons of two probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs), we propose an improved possibility degree formula based on the existing ones, and further develop a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method based on the possibility degree matrix. Numerical results show that the proposed possibility degree formula is simple to operate, can effectively distinguish any two PLTSs, and the application of it can be easily extended. The proposed probabilistic linguistic MADM method employs a simple structure and has a strong self-checking capability in the calculation process, which can ensure the validity of the calculation results. Finally, we apply the theoretical results to the evaluation of education and teaching quality in military academies.
