    依据现有四种基本稳定性能够获取冲突均衡解, 但该过程通常假设决策者具有相同的行为模式. 为了研究各个决策者行为模式的差异性对冲突演化分析与求解的影响, 本文提出一种决策者组合行为冲突分析方法. 首先, 基于冲突分析图模型四种稳定性概念, 通过预见力和风险态度两项指标识别不同决策者的行为模式. 接着, 定义规范化的组合均衡解概念, 以此反映决策者不同行为模式对冲突决策的影响. 然后, 给出基于矩阵行为模式分析函数的组合均衡求解方法, 以此提高均衡解的计算效率. 最后, 运用新方法来解决企业员工体面劳动保障制度实施冲突问题. 研究表明: 本文方法能够较好地提高冲突分析图模型理论的战略解析能力和决策水平.

    Abstract:

    According to the existing four stability definitions, symmetric equilibriums are usually obtained, which assume that decision makers (DMs) have the same behavior pattern. In order to study the influence of DMs" different behavior pattern on the evolution analysis and resolution in conflict, this paper proposes a new conflict analysis method considering DMs" combinatorial behavior. First, on the basis of four basic stability definitions in the theory of graph model for conflict resolution, DMs" different behavior patterns are identified by two indicators, namely foresight degree and risk attitude. Second, the concept of normalized combinatorial equilibrium is defined to reflect the influence of DMs" different behavior patterns on the conflict decision. Then, a combinatorial equilibrium solution method based on matrix behavior pattern analysis function is given to optimize calculation. Finally, the proposed method is used to solve the conflict of the implementation of the decent labor security system. The results show that this method can improve the strategic analysis ability and decision-making standard of the graph model for conflict resolution.
